About This Service

TikToEarn is a subscription-based desktop software application for TikTok LIVE content creators. The software connects to a TikTok LIVE stream and lets viewers trigger interactive effects inside third-party video games (Plants vs. Zombies, Minecraft, Roblox, Left 4 Dead 2, GTA V, and others) by sending gifts, likes, or follows during a live broadcast.

We sell software subscriptions directly to streamers. We do not facilitate gambling, games of chance, lotteries, or any arrangement where users earn or receive money through our platform. Viewer interactions trigger in-game visual effects only. No monetary transactions occur between viewers and streamers through our software.

Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using TikToEarn ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use TikTok services. If you use TikToEarn on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

License & Usage

  • TikToEarn grants you a limited, non-transferable license to install and use the app for your personal or commercial TikTok LIVE streams.
  • You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
  • We may update or modify the Service at any time to maintain security and reliability.

Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid tiers renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
  • You can cancel anytime inside the TikHub app or by contacting support.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store payment card details on our servers.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TikToEarn to violate TikTok's Community Guidelines, distribute malware, or engage in illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TikToEarn is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with all hardware/software combinations. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for TikToEarn in the past 6 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse TikToEarn. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
